Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand our refund process and eligibility criteria.

  • 1. Eligibility for Refunds

    services are delivered in multiple stages. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion:

    • Before Document Verification: If the verification of submitted documents/data has not started, a 100% refund is applicable.
    • After Document Verification: If verification has been completed (whether passed or failed), a refund is subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
    • After Application Drafting: Once the application drafting process has begun, no refund can be initiated
  • 2. Time Frame for Refund Requests

    Refund requests must be made within 2 working days from the date of order placement.

  • 3. Refund Process

    Customers must request a refund by sending an email to support@finaurt.com with their order details.

    No additional documents or proof are required. Refunds will be processed strictly as per our policy.

  • 4. Mode of Refund

    Refunds will be processed to:

    • The original payment method used for the transaction, or
    • A bank account provided and confirmed by the customer.

    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the approval of the request.

  • 5. Partial or Full Refunds

    • Full Refund: If no processing has started.
    • Partial Refund: If document verification is completed, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
    • No Refund: If application drafting has been initiated
  • 6. Exceptions & Special Cases

    In special cases where a refund request is escalated to the management by our customer support team, the refund will be processed only after reviewing and verifying the circumstances

  • 7. Service Delivery & No Liability for Delays

    • We do not guarantee specific timelines for product or service delivery, as it depends on the accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by the client.
    • Any rejection or delay from government authorities is beyond our control and will not be considered a reason for a refund.
    • Our service is deemed completed upon submission of documents or data to the concerned authority. Once service delivery is completed or considered completed, no refund shall be processed
